Mikey fills the venues of Europe with his own brand of multi-instrumental acoustic music, entertaining everyone from scruffy seasonnaires to celebrity and royalty (Bono and Katy Tunstall to name a few). Originally from Cornwall, Mikey's emigration to his new home of Meribel came through extensive touring throughout Europe and the UK, and an affinity with the burgeoning music scene in the Three Valleys, of which he was instrumental in the progression and development. At a Mikey Gray show you can expect musical diversity, including beatboxing, his unique double-neck guitar (bass and acoustic), through every genre of music you care to mention. Mikey has been known to fuse house, pop, folk and indie into one set, and is never afraid to try something new. Audience interaction features heavily in his sets, more akin to a stand up comedian than a traditional music performer. Mikey sees his audience as intrinsic to his shows, making every performance unique and different; whether he's playing a festival set, or he's playing to a room of 50 people, Mikey adapts to the situation in which he performs, as only a veteran performer can.
